My Services

This is a no obligation meet and greet/consultation where we can get to know one another better and get a sense of how well we would work together. As a potential client, you would share your general birth plan and I would go over ways that I could support you.

The total cost for services is $800*.

• Upon hiring/the signing of our service agreement a non-refundable fee of $300 will be due.

• The second payment in the amount of $500 will be due by 38 weeks or earlier.

Once hired you have unlimited access to me through email/text/phone as well as access to any pregnancy and postpartum resources I have.

**I believe that everyone deserves access to doula support. If you are facing hardships and are in need of a lower rate I am more than happy to have a conversation about a discounted rate or help you find alternative options that are available to you.

I offer two prenatal visits, one around 36 weeks and the other around 38 weeks. The first visit is a time for us to sit down, get to know one another better, and talk about whatever I may need to know to best support you. We will go over your birth plan/preferences, comfort measures, coping mechanisms, your expectation of me as your doula, and any questions you have for me. This is also a time to go over any potential fears, worries, or traumas you may have around pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.

The second visit will be more hands on. We will practice specific position changes and comfort measures for early and active labor, different positions for pushing, and the ways that your partner can best support you as well.

Starting at 38 weeks my 24/7 on-call period begins. I am available to you through text/call to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

I offer continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor, delivery, and the first 1-2 hours after delivery. This support starts anywhere from the later part of early labor to the beginning of active labor and depends on when you feel you are needing my support.

*Scheduled backup doulas are available to you as needed in the event that I am not able to make it to your birth.

I offer one postpartum visit. This visit is a time for us to sit down and debrief/process how the birth went. You can ask me any questions you have and I can fill in any gaps you have in your memory. We will also check-in on how breastfeeding is going (if applicable), how you’re recovering/feeling physically, and any other questions you may have surrounding life with a newborn. I can offer referrals as needed.
